Building AI That Ships: Five Years of Production Wins
While we’ve been working with cloud for 16 years, we’ve spent the last seven years building AI systems that go to production, not collect dust in demos. Every project we’ve tackled has shipped on time and delivered as promised. Here’s what that looks like.
Wheel and Tire Imagery at Scale
In 2019, the world’s largest wheel and tire retailer had a problem: sixty-five thousand vehicle images and one hundred fifty thousand wheel and tire images that needed to be matched together. Their team was doing it manually. We pitched and built a machine learning pipeline that automated the whole process, letting them instantly show customers how wheels and tires looked on their vehicles. Project delivered on schedule.
TELUS: Early LLM Integration
When large language models became viable, TELUS moved fast. We started integrating LLM into our workflows in 2022 and started producing the kind of work that would have taken a team of people weeks per project. Delivered ahead of time — so TELUS invited us to support other projects.
Google-Funded Hospitality AI
We secured Google funding for a client and built an agentic solution for a global leader in hospitality. The project hit every milestone on schedule.
Pivotly: Floor Plan Detection
For Pivotly, we built computer vision models that let commercial construction bidders parse request-for-bid documents and floor plans in a matter of minutes — giving them a competitive edge on massive projects. Much to their surprise, we delivered on time.
Emotional Intelligence AI
We also designed an emotional intelligence AI product from concept to launch. This is about to ship, and the client still depends on us.
The Pattern
We don’t miss timelines. We don’t have failed projects. If you need AI or ML built for production, that’s what we do.
