In early 2025, a client sent to us through one of Googles partners was in need of a voice agent an SMS agent that could help facilitate sales calls to follow up on destination wedding planning. Google funded the planning stages, and we were able to provide a full-fledged solution using Twilio, Google Agent Builder, and Dialogflow CX for a fully fledged system that could support callbacks, SMS follow-ups, and human agent handoffs.
Later in the year we designed a Voice Reception and WhatsApp after hours answering and follow up service used by spas and clinics in Tulum Mexico and dentist offices in Canada. This system relied on Twilio, ElevenLabs, n8n, GCP, and a variety of other technologies , including a Vapi voice failover agent.
