Don Milligan has had the opportunity to do quite a bit of AI consulting, AI infrastructure and application architectural planning, and first hand engineering with his early start in machine learning going back to the beginning of 2020.
Google Cloud Partners such as Velocity AI and Meco Cloud have used his skills to boost their AI profiles by helping land new clients and projects in these areas. Velocity AI is headed by a team of AI and Deep learning experts who have consulted for the construction companies building Googles datacenters, as well as for energy cost optimizations for some of the biggest industrial factories in the USA. Meanwhile, Meco Cloud was purchased in August of 2025 by the powerhouse Zazmic, Googles go-to partner for AI workload expertise.
Projects we’ve provided either consulting, design, and engineering services on cover AI voice agents for call centers and sales, custom RAG and chat agents for customer service reps to better serve clients for a leader in marketing for the hospitality industry, Vertex AI and Diagflow, Vapi, AI agents for policy searches and advice for school districts –and a big Azure AI solution that covered both vector and graph databases that helped sort and navigate a data lake for a big data company.
Outside of our relationship with GCP / Azure partners we have also done consulting and architectural planning on agents for law document processing and case similarity search, industrial energy reporting for EPA requirements, improved processes for biotech research, a Twilio replacement with a custom system depending on LLMs, a SaaS platform with emotional intelligence, engineering POC and MVP prototypes for startups, and AI team augmentation.
